Hi, I’m Kylie, the hands behind Good Karma Esthetics. My goal is to create a welcoming, relaxing space where you can feel completely at ease while we focus on your skin’s unique needs. I believe that great skincare is more than just treatments, it’s about building confidence, creating a personalized plan, and helping you feel your absolute best. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick service or a full facial experience, you’ll always be treated with care, attention, and a little extra good karma.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointment changes must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules within this window will result in a forfeited deposit. A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without any notice will be marked as a no-show. After two no-shows, clients will be banned from booking future services. A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If a client arrives after this window, the appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show. If the client arrives within the grace period, any time lost will be deducted from the service duration. Deposits may be rolled over or refunded if appointments are canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
